Futures Trading

Commodities trading refers to buying and selling things like Coffee, sugar, soybeans, corn and wheat on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Since they are contracts for delivery months in the future they are also called Futures. Oil and Gold seem to be the most famous markets.

Commodities trading is risky -- as is Real Estate Investing. Both use leverage to produce large profits -- or losses.
